I offer therapeutic massage with a combination of connective tissue (sometimes referred to as deep tissue) massage and neuromuscular massage. I offer 30, 60 or 90 minute appointments.
I also offer Reflexology sessions. I start these sessions with a nice foot soak in warm water and essential oils, followed by exfoliating with Epsom salts. If you want your Reflexology session on your hands we would start with the Epsom salts exfoliating then dip your hands in paraffin. I offer 60 and 90 minute appointments.
Before you begin either type of session, I will have you fill out an intake form with your health information so that I know of any contraindications and I can understand what your expectations are for your session.

Hi everyone. Thought I would post my hours. They are Tuesday through Friday 10am-noon, then 2pm-9pm. Especially handy for those who work during the days or need to wait until family things are finished in the evening. 😁 Saturday’s 9am-1pm.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007. The first job I’ve ever loved! I truly enjoy being able to help people feel better. To aid the body to do what it was designed to do, to heal itself.

I am currently in a 315 hour certification program for hand and feet Reflexology. Reflexology is a way of naturally helping the body come into balance by using pressure on reflex points located on primarily the feet and hands that stimulate the nerve pathways.This discipline has a holistic effect on our body parts, glands and organs. It is an amazing modality.

I believe that if you seek to explore this discipline with me, that we’ve entered into a partnership to see how we can help your body feel better by coming into a state of relaxation.

I pray that my Heavenly Father will work through my hands to touch each person who comes to me as you are all His children first.
