I was asked to speak tonight to The Biggest Loser-Union County group in regards to the benefits of massage therapy during weight loss. I am so amazed at the excitement and determination of this group. It was an honor for me to do this and I can’t wait to see them each reach their goals and watch their transformation. Each of them are inspirations for the rest of us for their dedication, determination, and drive to take this journey on weight loss. Each of them are winners in my opinion!!!
