Paths of Growth is looking for new team members who want to join us in changing the lives of children with autism!

This is a new ABA company with tons of opportunities for growth that currently offers the following for our employees:

Flexible scheduling
Part-time currently available and full time available in the near future
No degree requirements
Prior ABA history is preferred but not required
Experienced workers: $15 per hr
Inexperienced workers: $10 starting pay for 80 hours of training then will increase to $15 per hour
Supervision opportunities for those in grad school for ABA

Application Requirements:

Must pass a background check through licensing board
Must have 3 good references
Reliable transportation (must own a vehicle)
The ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Own a cell phone
Must have patience and compassion
Must be an excellent communicator

We currently have 2 available slots for ages 2-5 for clients who have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. We only offer in home therapy services but we do offer consultation and parent training.

We are looking to hire line technicians within the next few weeks to start work in October. Having a bachelor's degree is preferred, but we will also hire individuals without one if they have prior experience in ABA or working with children with autism.
