LC Healthy You, LLC promotes lifestyle changes, not temporary dieting. Walk-ins are also welcomed.

Our nurses educate and partner with you to help reach your ideal weight and energy levels. Doctor visits and injections are available on Mondays 8:30-1:00 Tuesdays 12 pm - 4:30 pm and Thursdays 8:30 am - 1 pm. @foodsinmykitchen “Mmmm…” is what I repeatedly heard ⬇️ RECIPE⬇️ when I asked the family to taste test this oil-free dip recipe with baked cauliflower.😋 This dip is such a healthy, delicious, & versatile recipe that you’ll want to try it with a variety of vegetables, crackers, potatoes, etc.👍

Here’s the recipe for this delicious H**p Dip:

1 cup 	H**p hearts
2 cups  Zucchini, chopped
¼ cup 	Onion, chopped
6 tbsp 	Lemon juice, fresh
2 to 3  Garlic cloves
1½ tsp	 Himalayan salt
2 tsp  Maple syrup
½ cup  Scallions, chopped, including greens
½ cup  Herbs such as parsley and cilantro, minced

Loving Preparation

Add everything, except scallions & herbs to a high-speed blender & blend until smooth. 

Pour into a bowl, & stir in chopped scallions & herbs.

Adjust seasonings as desired.

Note: Any combination of herbs may be used such as dill, mint, parsley, or cilantro.

Here’s a simple method to make Baked Cauliflower:

Slice cauliflower flowerets as desired, & add to a bowl

Sprinkle some salt, sweet paprika, and turmeric powder & stir to combine
