🦠 Flu Season is Here – Help Us Keep Everyone Safe & On Schedule! 🦠

At MAXX Therapy, we care about your health AND your recovery! Please help us keep our clinic safe, healthy, and running smoothly by following our Attendance & Sickness Policy:

🤒 Sick Policy:
If you’re feeling under the weather (fever, cold, flu, virus, rash, diarrhea, coughing, vomiting, or other illnesses), call us as soon as possible at 337-508-2505—don’t wait until the day of your appointment.

📅 Cancellation Policy:

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

A $50 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows (due at your next appointment before you can be seen).

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, it’s up to the therapist if your session can still happen.

Three or more consecutive no-shows may result in discharge from services at the therapist’s discretion.

By letting us know early, you help us keep YOUR recovery on track and open spots for other patients who also need care. 💪

This week we said “see you later” to one of our favorite patients — an LSU Track & Field javelin thrower whose hard work, grit, and dedication have been nothing short of inspiring.

From day one, he showed up ready to put in the work, no matter how tough the day was. His commitment to his recovery and his sport has been a reminder of what can be achieved when you give it your all.
