Even though we’re a couple of days late, we couldn’t let National Physical Therapist Day pass without celebrating the amazing Alesha Baldwin!

Alesha has dedicated 30 years to making a difference as a therapist. She’s a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, a loving mother of three sons, and an adventurous spirit who loves to travel. Beyond her incredible skills, she fills our halls with joy, compassion, and positivity bringing light to every resident she encounters.

We are beyond grateful to have her as part of our A+ Therapy Team. Alesha, you deserve your flowers not just today, but every single day. Thank you for all that you do and for the love you pour into your work. ❤️

After just 23 days of therapy at Calcasieu Community Care Center, Ms. Marla is heading home stronger and more independent! She called our therapy team “phenomenal” and said she would recommend our care to anyone in need of rehabilitation.

We can’t wait to see her back at CCCC for bingo and future events!

Wishing all students a successful school year from Calcasieu Community Care Center! We’re excited to launch our new Intergenerational Program, connecting our residents with local schools for reading, volunteering, and shared activities. Schools and students are invited to visit us, or host our residents for a day of learning, laughter, and connection. 💛
