Too often, we hear patients say their doctor told them they “don’t believe in HRT” or “estrogen is not safe.”
Here’s the truth: these comments usually come from clinicians with little to no training or experience in menopause management. Before you let that discourage you, ask about their expertise. Ask if they’ve reviewed the current guidelines.
