There are truths behind starting a new chapter- to become your happiest healthiest self.

Unfortunately, there are some ugly truths that come with the territory.

The transition to becoming our higher self can be hard because that means we have to shed some of the behaviors/mindset/people that no longer support or align with who we want to be.

Change is rarely ever comfortable. Thats why so many people struggle with that first step to actually implement it.

In the season of you pushing past barriers and doing "the hard stuff".... because shedding negative mindsets/behaviors/people is HARD. ( A LOT of emotional energy shifts happen there)

I want you to keep one word at the forefront of your mind.

C O U R A G E

I want you to have the courage to do what is best for you.
I want you to have the courage to do the "hard stuff."
I want you to have the courage to face change and adversity.
I want you to have the courage to finally break free of negative generational behavior.

Have. Courage.
