The right employee for Bloom will seek out learning opportunities with an endless enjoyment of curiosity and a huge desire for growth! They will LOVE to play and seek out moments to add joy. The right employee for our team will set boundaries for themself, knowing that *rest* and self-care makes for the best employee.

The right employee for Bloom loves a themed party, enjoys a good joke, down for wearing a friendship bracelet and seeks to change the world by empowering and celebrating those around them.

Job Requirements:
-high school diploma or GED
-able to pass a national background check
-has reliable transportation
-able to sit on the floor and physically move around with clients

🫧🌈 AUTISM ACCEPTANCE MONTH CELEBRATION 🌈 🫧

Today we celebrated Autism Acceptance Month!!!! We know that being neurodivergent means our kids at Bloom are amazing and unlike any other person - we love them so much! Today we made sure that our kids felt all the love for being who they are! We are so grateful that our Bloom parents trust us with their amazing and give us the opportunity to love them and celebrate them every day. Our mission at Bloom will always be to encourage each of our kids to know that what makes them different makes them SPECIAL and beautiful. We can’t wait to see all they accomplish in their lives and all of us at Bloom will always be here to cheer them on every step of the way!

Happy Autism Acceptance Month to our favorite people! Today we celebrated BIG, but every single day at Bloom is a celebration for how amazing our clients are! We love you each and all the little amazing details that make you YOU!!!!🌈🫧✨
