The Pathology Laboratory is looking for a dependable and professional Medical Courier to join our logistics team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our healthcare partners by safely transporting medical specimens and delivering supplies to clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick up and deliver medical specimens and supplies
• Adhere to all specimen handling and safety protocols
• Maintain delivery records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients.
• Keep company vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Join our dedicated pathology team as a Transcriptionist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care by accurately transcribing reports and coordinating case documentation.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30
Weekend rotation - every third weekend

🔍 What You'll Do
• Transcribe pathology reports promptly and accurately
• Prepare case materials and assist with consults
• Retrieve patient history and coordinate outside documentation
• Support continuity of care by correlating report data
• Organize and ship materials for outside review

📌 What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of office experience.
• Transcription experience preferred (but not required!)
• Strong typing skills (45+ WPM)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
