Night terrors are common in kids and happen during deep sleep, causing sudden screaming or fear, but children usually don’t remember them. They can be triggered by things like poor sleep, stress, or genetics.

Cinco de Mayo is a special day that celebrates a big victory in Mexico a long time ago. On May 5th, 1862, a small Mexican army bravely defeated a much larger army in a battle called the Battle of Puebla. It reminds us that courage, teamwork, and never giving up can make a big difference!

Today, people celebrate with music, dancing, colorful decorations, and delicious foods. It’s also a great time to learn about Mexican culture, traditions, and history.
