Loupe is a practitioner/ hearing aid specialist who specializes in, Tinnitus Assessment, Stimulus rehab, BAHA, Cochlear Assessment and Implementation, and Hearing Amplification Fitting verification. A graduate of McNeese State University, Kirt entered into the hearing profession in 2000, and has practiced in the Lake Charles area since 2005. As a professional practitioner, he is passionate about helping to improve the lives of patients through the Service of better hearing. Kirt served three consecutive terms as President of The Louisiana Society of Hearing Aid Specialists, has been a long-time member of the International Hearing Society, was appointed by IHS as Louisiana Captain of Fit to Serve, and proudly supports the Starkey Hearing Foundation.
