Resthaven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is located on over ten acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in a quiet residential area of Lake Charles just off West McNeese Street. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. This plan of care is implemented by a dedicated, professional staff trained to meet the highest standards of excellence, while being sensitive to the emotional needs of our residents. Our commitment to Improving Quality of Life is not a passing fad or empty slogan. It is found in every facility, in every administrator and in every department. At Resthaven, we take our responsibility to be good stewards seriously and put our resources where our priorities are. We believe in continuous staff development and training, substantial reinvesting in upgrading (or rebuilding) our facilities, and adding cutting-edge technology to provide the very best services to our customers.

Resthaven was full of Mardi Gras magic as we celebrated our Carnival Party with our very own King & Queen! 👑✨

From delicious boudin and sweet king cakes to toe-tapping music and laughter filling the halls, it was a true Louisiana celebration. 🎶🎭

A special thank you to Gerard Delafosse for the wonderful entertainment and to our families and friends who joined us to make the day even more meaningful. Community, culture, and connection — that’s what it’s all about at Resthaven!

We had a special visit from Derrek Mart and Dr. Dog Pet Therapy this week! 🐾💙

There’s nothing like the unconditional love and comfort of a furry friend. Smiles were shared, hands were held, and hearts were warmed as residents enjoyed sweet moments of connection and joy.
