Welcome sweet Chapel Kate to the world ❤️Born on December 3rd to her amazing mom and dad! Y’all this birth team was just amazing! The husband, grandmother, and aunt were all present and were the best cheerleaders! They truly never stopped trusting the birth process even after a long early labor that turned into a super quick active labor phase! This momma never even hinted at giving up and this dad was in awe of her strength (as we all were)… she caught her baby and the whole experience was just so intimate and beautiful ❤️I have truly loved being their midwife ❤️congrats to these sweet first time parents ❤️ 🎀

Welcome sweet Lukas Waylon earthside ❤️Born December 3rd to his strong, awesome momma and super calm and supportive daddy ❤️I have loved taking care of this sweet family ❤️I love that they had fresh squeezed satsuma juice from their tree and all the homesteading they do, I love that this dad was her rock when the end got hard, and I love that I was only there as insurance… she caught her baby and I never had to do a cervical exam ❤️I loved getting the privilege to just watch birth unfold naturally and watch her fully trust the process ❤️that’s what homebirth is all about. ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️ 💙

Welcome sweet Mael earthside❤️born on September 22nd after a long early labor phase. This baby was born at 41 weeks (yes mothers are pregnant at 41 weeks sometimes)… yes long labors can be really normal ❤️this momma trusted the process even though it was long and frustrating. I loved being this woman’s midwife. I love her determination ❤️she is such a rockstar ❤️I even loved how this dad always came with questions. It’s so important to feel free to ask any questions you may have during pregnancy and birth. Find a provider who is willing to answer your questions ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️

Welcome sweet Ari earthside ❤️born on November 29th (8 days after her due date! Lol) ❤️this momma cooks her babies for 41 weeks everytime lol but they always come and when they do, they come quickly! This family is so very special to me… they are repeat clients and are some of the kindest, most gracious families you will ever meet! This momma is a beast and this dad stays busy during her births lol it’s hard for him to just sit and wait ha ha… they are a great team! She’s the calm in every storm for sure ❤️their home is a true picture of the love of Christ… so after three boys, they finally got their girl ❤️I could not be happier for them ❤️ congrats to this sweet family ❤️

Welcome sweet Camden earthside ❤️born on November 26th to his awesome and strong momma ❤️I have loved serving this family! This dad was super calm during the whole birth, completely trusting this momma’s intuition not only during her birth, but also when she made the decision to have a homebirth. I didn’t have to do a million cervical exams on her, she trusted her body and knew exactly when it was time to push ❤️this momma was a rockstar ❤️congratulations to this sweet family! ❤️

Welcome sweet Sophie earthside ❤️born on November 10th to her strong momma ❤️this momma is my repeat client and I adore her and her sweet girls! Yes three other girls! Lol 😂 she just keeps trying to have that boy lol 😂 each of her births happen the exact same way lol she tells me she doesn’t want to do it and she changed her mind, then she pushes her baby out in the next contraction 😂I love the predictability of it all lol 😂 congrats to this sweet momma and her family ❤️

She came to see me at about 35 weeks and I’m so glad she did ❤️she was so determined to avoid the hospital unless absolutely necessary! I’ve loved being her midwife so much! She and her family keep me laughing 😂 congrats to this sweet family!

Welcome sweet Avery to the world ❤️born on September 18th at 37 weeks! That almost never happens ❤️this first time momma just has my heart… she is like a ray of sunshine and I’m so blessed that I got to be her midwife ❤️she rocked her birth and never gave up… she did all the things I suggested and trusted me fully ❤️the Lord was definitely very present in her birth story ❤️I adore this family! ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️

Welcome sweet Atlan to the world ❤️born on October 12th ❤️I have loved being this momma’s midwife! She is a rockstar! She switched to me late in care, knowing she wanted a different experience. She had friends whose babies I delivered so she reached out to me. I’m so glad she did ❤️though she will tell you her birth was really hard because it was her first natural birth, she would also tell you she would do it again at home ❤️ladies, if you want a natural birth, you can have it! You are strong enough! This momma was so emotionally strong that she quite literally held her baby in until 41 weeks because she was afraid of the pain! When she finally let that fear go, she went into labor and rocked it ❤️thank you for trusting me to be your midwife ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️

Welcome Riley Everett to the world ❤️born on October 5th to his sweet, patient, and strong momma! This momma was over 41 weeks and did everything she could to get this baby here. Apparently, her babies love living inside of her 😂this momma was so ready! It’s hard to trust your body when contractions keeps starting and stopping for weeks at a time lol. This momma has always wanted a homebirth and she finally got her dream birth ❤️Hats off to this dad who had his doubts about homebirth… He was so supportive of this momma before and during her birth. I’m so happy for this momma and her sweet family! I love this momma and her babies so much! 💙

Welcome sweet Israel Joy earthside ❤️Born September 25th to her strong momma and supportive, calm daddy. I’ve really loved serving this family! This momma had an unnecessary c-section the first time around and wanted to avoid a c-section so this time around, she chose to deliver at home. She was a beast. She was a beautiful picture of grace and strength that only can come from the Lord. This big brother was so proud of his sister ❤️I’m blessed that they chose me to be a part of their journey ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️

Welcome sweet Annie Elizabeth to the world ❤️born on August 24th to her amazing, patient, peaceful momma. This momma is a repeat client and I just love this family so much ❤️Annie’s two older brothers are obsessed with their new baby sister and treat her like the baby doll that she is ❤️this daddy is a proud papa too ❤️this dad is by far one of the best birth partners and has been so supportive throughout all of their births. I’ve been on a media fast and it has been magical, so I don’t know how often I will post lol but I’m going to try to catch up on all of these Birth posts :-) so here goes ….Welcome, sweet Alexandra Earthside ❤️born August 17th at 6:16 am to her strong momma! I’ve loved being this girl’s midwife ❤️she has showed so much determination with her pregnancy and births. She has been willing to go to another state so that she could have a VBAC at home for this baby and her last baby with me. There is something special about repeat clients and their families. They just feel like family ❤️ This was a tough labor for her, but she did it. She said she couldn’t over and over and she did it. A huge shout out to her husband, who was a great support for her during this birth. They made a great team ❤️ I am beyond blessed that you chose me to be your midwife not just once, but twice. Her story is just another story that proves our bodies were made for birth. ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️it’s been fun ❤️fingers crossed you will have another one lol 😂

Welcome sweet Owen earthside ❤️born on August 4th to his strong momma ❤️I love this sweet family! These siblings are so proud to have a baby brother…this momma had her previous three babies at the hospital, but this time she chose to have a homebirth ❤️she didn’t regret her decision… she had her baby on her terms… no vaginal exams, not being told what to do, and delivering however and wherever she decided to ❤️dad even got to catch which he loved ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️I’ve loved being your midwife ❤️

Welcome sweet Levi Walker earthside ❤️born on August 2nd after a quick birth ❤️this momma had two c-sections, then a vaginal birth at a birth center, then decided to have a homebirth. She was a rockstar. Her husband was hilarious the whole time and such a great support person ❤️This momma is super calm and she was phenomenal ❤️I’ve loved being her midwife ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️ 💙

Welcome sweet Samuel Emet earthside ❤️born at 41 weeks 2 days (this momma never went this late ) on august 2nd after a very hard labor. This baby decided he was going to come posterior and was acynclitic for a bit before finally deciding to make his arrival … if you wait long enough, most babies will navigate their way out. Patience is important during labor. This momma rocked her birth! Her husband never got discouraged, he was her rock, and her healthcare provider (me and my assistant) never lost confidence in her body’s ability to do this. Be picky when you choose your healthcare provider whether it is an OB or a midwife. It can really make a difference in your birth ❤️this was a repeat client and I’ve LOVED being their midwife ❤️they are a phenomenal, faith-filled family and I LOVE their precious kids ❤️ 💙

Welcome sweet Saylor to the world ❤️this baby took her time! Her older sister came at 39 weeks and a few days so when this sweet girl waited until 41 weeks to make her appearance, we were all surprised ❤️this momma was done being pregnant for sure. This just goes to show that every pregnancy, baby, and birth are different ❤️she didn’t need to be medically induced with harmful drugs. Babies come when they are ready ❤️this momma was a repeat client and I’ve loved being their midwife ❤️Saylor’s older sister (who I delivered a year ago) basically gets what she wants when I’m around lol 😂 this momma is a rockstar ❤️congrats to this sweet family ❤️love you guys so much ❤️
