The Relaxation and Healing Center is owned and operated by Christy Fontenot. She is a Board Certified massage therapist with 20 years of hands on experience and 8 years experience as an instructor for the Louisiana Institute of Massage Therapy. Christy is also a State Board approved CE provider. She has over 250 hours of continued education including; Placatory Anatomy, Laws and Ethics, Reiki, Active Isolated Range of Motion, Unraveling Fibromyalgia, CORE: Back, Neck, Chest and Head Specific, Shiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Meridian Flows, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Massage Therapy and Cancer, Pharmacology, Anatomy Trains, and Sacred Bambu Massage. Christy is CPR certified and is a member of AMTA. She attended the 2015 AMTA Educators Summit. Christy also PROUDLY holds the 1996 Award for BEST MASSAGE VOLUNTEER!
