BARC RUN CLUB LAKE CHARLES 🚨

we had a pretty decent run last night, 2 1/2 miles! we’re all finally getting used to this time change so running in the dark isn’t so bad! there was a nice breeze and we had the view of the water and Christmas decorations! we hydrated up with .usa BCAA drinks! there were a few people that ran with us but aren’t pictured! proud of everyone for their determination to push through! I hope to see ya’ll next Tuesday at 6pm at Prien Lake Park! JUST SHOW UPPPP🔥🔥🔥🤏🏽

I’m late posting (my apologies) but Tuesday we did 2 1/2 miles and it was very nice outside with the cool breeze! running when it’s dark is definitely a vibe! we finished the night out with .usa BCAA drinks and they’re the best! it was our first time at the new location and it was so great! we did 2 miles and the change of scenery was very refreshing! even though it was raining we still powered through and got it done. NO EXCUSES. I’m proud of everyone who showed up! We had .usa to hydrate us! I hope to see ya’ll next week 6pm Tuesday at Prien Lake Park! JUST SHOW UP🔥🔥
