Our Yoga, Our Love

Christina and Stuart started their journey together twenty years ago. Their journey eventually led them to an Acro-Yoga workshop, one Valentine’s Day eve. Since then, yoga has been in their heart. Their mission is to share the mindfulness that yoga has brought them with their hometown, Lake Charles, and the great people of this area.

You may have seen them at the local Farmer’s Market, as fresh and local, homegrown foods are a passion of theirs. They’d love for you to join their yoga family so you can help strengthen the roots of the community. Come grow with us!
