It often starts with a simple act of helping—tying their shoes, pouring their milk, or assisting with homework. Over time, they may start to expect our help or feel unsure they can do it on their own.
As parents, we tend to step in for even the smallest tasks, but this can lead to over-dependence. Our role is to guide our children toward independence. By encouraging them to tackle tasks themselves, we foster their growth and build their confidence.
