I have been mindfully moving my energy away from social media . Which means that sometimes I’m going days between checking any of my apps.

First vendor set up at Ascend Yoga Fest!

Being surround by wellness community is so inspiring! I had the chance to connect with so many amazing professionals, mamas and soon-to-be moms (and dads).

A lot of lessons were learned having my own setup. Like, check the weather and learn your POS system BEFORE your first sale… But, the biggest lesson, is how needed this work is.

I can’t wait to share all of the things I’ve been working on behind the scenes and doing more events ❤️
