These women—one by one, they stepped into my life. Slowly and organically, a sisterhood circle was built. Each of them played a pivotal role at various times, gifting me with unique permission slips to step more fully into myself and become who I am today. These women held me, watched me weep, cheered me on as I broke through glass ceilings, raged for me, and truly saw me. There are times I wouldn’t have made it through without them.
When you look at this photo, you see seven women. When I look at it, I see hundreds. I see each version of ourselves that we shed to become who we are today.
This is my wish for every woman—to be held in such a safe space that the layers of societal conditioning, religious programming, outdated beliefs, and inherited truths melt away. To be seen for who you truly are. To be heard. To be loved by sisters. There isn’t a more potent medicine than that of Sisterhood.
It would be an absolute pleasure to have you join us at for The Queendom, our first sisterhood gathering. Let’s change the world, sis.
