1. “How do I even pick a therapist?”😬
Don't worry, you don't have to guess! When you call, we will ask a few simple questions about what’s going on and match you with a provider who fits your specific needs and personality!
2. “What about my insurance?”💳
Super simple!! Send us a photo of your card, or provide the info over the phone and we will do the 'heavy lifting' by verifying your benefits and explaining your co-pay before you ever step foot in the office. No surprises here.
3. “What happens in the first session?” 🛋️
Think of it like a 'meet and greet.' It’s a low-pressure way for you to see if you feel comfortable with your therapist. You’ll chat about what’s been on your mind lately and what you hope to get out of your time together. You're in the driver's seat!
