🏃♀️Regular physical activity is one of the best ways to protect your health and improve your quality of life. Even small amounts of moderate exercise—like brisk walking—can lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol, boost mood, and strengthen your heart. ❤️
The CDC recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week, plus strength training twice weekly. But any movement helps. If you’re just starting out, try a 5–10 minute brisk walk each day. Already active? Add a few extra minutes or pick up the pace.
