Shanna Green, APRN, originally from Ohio, began her nursing career in 2017 after earning her RN license. She gained valuable experience working in Mississippi, where she served in both an emergency room setting and a pediatrician’s office.

Later, she relocated to Lake City, Florida, and continued her ER work at HCA while simultaneously advancing her education. In 2024, she successfully earned her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification.

Since joining our team post-graduation, Shanna has consistently demonstrated clinical excellence, compassion, and professionalism. She quickly built strong, trusting relationships with her patients and has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team.

Meet Our Providers: Next Up

Taily Alonso is a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse originally from Havana, Cuba. Before entering the medical field, Taily pursued her passion for music as a musician in Cuba—a unique and creative chapter of her life that continues to inspire her approach to patient care.

She later moved to Puerto Rico, where she earned her Registered Nurse (RN) license. Her journey then brought her to Kansas, where she gained extensive experience as a board-certified pediatric nurse and labor and delivery, honing her clinical skills and deepening her commitment to women’s health.

In 2018, Taily and Dr. Alonso relocated to Lake City to open their practice, bringing high-quality, patient-centered care to the community. While continuing to serve patients, Taily furthered her education and achieved her APRN certification in 2021.

Since then, she has consistently excelled in her role, known for her patience, empathy, and a strong focus on long-term health outcomes. Her passion for improving patients’ well-being and her unwavering dedication to their care make her one of the most respected APRNs in the area.
