Due to the devastating aftermath of
Hurricane Helene. North Florida Primary Care will be closed tomorrow, Monday, September 30th, 2024. We plan to reopen for regular clinic hours on Tuesday, October 1. We regret any inconvenience this will cause our patients.

North Florida Primary Care will be CLOSED tomorrow Monday, August 5, due to Hurricane Debby. We hope to reopen Tuesday, August 6, barring any unforseen circumstances. We wish all our patients and their families safety from the hurricane.
