A new cycle of Fit Flow begins tomorrow , and it’s been a while since I’ve offered a morning class, so I’m excited to share Gentle Yoga on Thursday at 10:30 AM, both in the beautiful, sunshine-lit Sunroom at Agape Wellness Cottage

And in Gainesville at Wildflowers:
Hatha — Monday at 9 AM
Yin — Wednesday at 7:30 PM

Hopefully our paths cross on the mat this week.
