Spring Sports is just around the corner and if you haven't had your sports physical yet, NOW is the time to get it scheduled. We do them every day that we are open (Monday's, Tuesdays', and Thursday's). Call 231-282-9039 for an appointment.

We can do a Well-Child visit at the same time (if you haven't had one in the last year) and bill insurance. If you need JUST a sports physical, the cost is only $25. Give us a call today!

The following is our schedule for the next 2 weeks:

Closed December 25 through December 28.

Open December 29 and December 30.

Closed December 31 through January 4.

Reopening January 5 for our normal schedule.

Flu season is here or coming soon! We have flu vaccines here at The Wellness Center. Keep your kids safe from Influenza this year.

If you would like to schedule an appointment for your child to get their flu shot, please call The Lake City Wellness Center at 231-282-9039 and we can get that done for you.

We bill insurance for vaccines and there is no cost to you for those. If you don't have insurance, we can help you apply for Medicaid and still give your child their needed vaccines, even without insurance, at no cost to you.

We are open Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursday's.

McBain Student Athletes!!!

We will be holding a Sports Physical Clinic in Lake City School for McBain students ONLY on June 12 and June 26 due to the clinic in McBain being under construction!

Parents will need to fill out a consent form for each child to be seen if they haven't already done one, and a completely filled out sports physical form. Charge for a sports physical is $25, unless we are billing insurance for an annual Well-Child exam. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Please call 231-282-9039 to schedule an appointment. (Sports physicals are by appointment only)

In honor of mental health awareness month, the staff at the Lake City Wellness Center wore their mental health shirts yesterday.

Jessi Lindell (Nurse Practitioner) and Stacey Kaminski (Mental Health Counselor) had the opportunity to talk to Ms Hamels 4th grade class as part of the Partners in Excellence program. The class learned about the physical and mental health benefits of gardening and planted a seed to take home.
