There’s a Love Donation retreat happening Friday through Sunday (17th–19th). I’ll be collaborating with Janee, offering a surrounding sound bath, a breath exploration on Saturday at 1:30pm, and an embodiment-based session on Sunday.

There are many other offerings throughout the weekend, so feel free to explore the schedule and see what calls you.

Join me this April for weekly 4PM classes designed to support both strength and softness. Fit Flow meets on Wednesdays to build heat, tone, and energize the body, while Gentle on Thursdays offers a slower, more restorative space to unwind, stretch, and reset. Walk-ins are always welcome

🌻The Art of Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra + Sound Journey)
Sunday, May 24th | 2–4 PM @ Wildflowers Yoga
A guided journey into profound rest, where the body sleeps, the mind softens, and awareness gently expands. Yoga Nidra "Yogic Sleep" is a guided meditation practiced lying down, with no movement, inviting you into the space just before sleep, the threshold where the body fully relaxes while the mind remains gently aware. In this state, you are not asleep, but deeply at rest, allowing the nervous system to reset and the subconscious to open. This space supports deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps release tension, offering a sense of clarity and restoration. Registration required.

Sunday, June 17th | 2:30 – 4:30PM
A somatic breath journey that uses conscious breathing and meditation to deepen connection with your body and inner awareness. The experience gradually builds into a more dynamic practice, supporting release, clarity, and integration, while also offering space for deep rest, relaxation, and tension release. Yoga feels like a moving meditation to me.
Not a pose. Just a conversation with my body.

I’m still learning how to fully be in my body… how to move with grace and integrity, how to pause in between, how to listen instead of push. Yoga, for me, has never been about flexibility, it’s been about coming home.

My journey into embodiment began about ten years ago, mostly because of my health… but if I’m honest, it began long before that. I had a very difficult childhood and teenage years. At 19, I left my country thinking that by leaving, I could leave the pain, the abuse and the stories behind.

But pain isn’t a location. It lives in the body.

I realized that very early during a panic attack, when I understood that what I was running from was breathing within me. Healing wasn’t going to happen by escaping. It had to happen by turning toward myself.

Meditation, breathwork, Reiki became my refuge.
And years later… yoga.

Not as exercise.
But as a way to feel, to soften, to strengthen, to integrate.

A way to move what was frozen.
A way to pause and stay.

I’m still learning.
Still unfolding.
Still practicing how to be here.
Some days it feels natural… and other days it takes everything.
