Softening isn’t just about stretching — it’s about releasing the deeper layers of tension that live in our fascia, our tissues, and sometimes even the parts of ourselves we’ve been protecting. 🤍

When we let go, circulation improves, the nervous system shifts into rest and restore, and the tender places within us finally feel safe to be seen.

This is the gift of Yin, the feminine energy of receptivity and nurture, balancing the drive of yang.

By candlelight, we’ll settle into longer-held floor poses, supported by props, and close with the vibrations of 7 chakra crystal bowls. 🕯️💫

What’s your intention for the week?
Mine is to savor the simple gifts — like the gentle breeze that’s beginning to show up as we move closer into fall. When I don’t make it a point to live with more intention, I forget to pause and “smell the roses.”🌹

Hello my loves, 🌹
Life has felt heavy lately. I was reminded of that during a sweat lodge (Inipi ceremony from the Lakota tradition) this past weekend. As I stepped into the heat, darkness, and humid space, a place you can only enter by crawling in.

It wasn’t my first time, but it felt like being asked again to meet myself at the edge. The space required a deep surrendering, as indifference could not protect me from the loudness of the discomfort. And yet, when I stopped resisting, even the intensity became medicine, teaching me that letting go is very different from turning away.

Fall reminds us of the same truth: release is not loss, it’s an opening. 🍂

✨✨Where are you resisting life, and what might be revealed if you let go?✨✨

A candlelight yin flow of long, supported postures and deep stretches — This practice is rooted in feminine medicine: softening, receiving, and creating space to feel.

A seasonal gathering of movement, breathwork, journaling, sound, and optional Reiki — to shed what no longer serves and align with the rhythm of fall.
