Happy Monday, loves! ♥️

May this rainy day find you cozy, supported, and maybe moving just a tiny bit slower than usual.

I’m taking December as a month to soften, reflect, and sort through what’s worth keeping — and what’s not really serving me anymore (including that extra holiday stiffness 😅).
So I’ll be teaching just one class this month…
but Fit Flow and new offerings are coming in January! ✨

Anything a food bank could use is deeply appreciated. You can place donations on the bottom shelf of the baker’s rack in the spa lobby.

Last night’s candlelight session was pure medicine. ✨🕯️

Thank you, ladies, for showing up with open hearts and allowing yourselves to soften, breathe, and be held by the warmth of the room.

One of the things I love about the time change is bringing back candlelight evenings… 🕯️✨
There’s something so soothing about moving and resting in a dim, cozy room while the world outside gets quiet.

Come enjoy an entire class mostly lying on your back — slow, gentle, spacious — and feel tension melt away from within, layer by layer.
