💚October is Dwarfism Awareness Month💚... one of our super special patients, Morgan, sharing her story :

Hi, my name is Morgan Laxton!

I was born with a disability called Achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism. In my life, I’ve faced many obstacles and health problems, including surgeries. In these challenges, it has allowed me to have the privilege of seeing life in a different, beautiful perspective in life and have a broad strength in my faith. During all my medical needs throughout the years, Silique Wellness has been such a blessing in my journey, with the best staff who have cared for me through every step of the way. Their compassion and support have made a huge difference in my life. Now, I’m studying in the healthcare field so I can give back and help others the way I’ve been helped. October is Dwarfism Awareness Month, and I share my story to spread awareness, celebrate differences, and remind others that true strength isn’t measured in height, but in courage, resilience, and faith. 💚
