Having strong faith and feeling fear or sadness/grief

Both can be true at the same time

How we feel does not define us or our entire being,
We can be feeling pain and the flesh may be very uncomfortable but can at the same time, we can be rejoicing in our spirit,
anchored in joy and peace deep within,

We can experience big feelings AND be standing in faith on the promises,
praising and trusting God that He is working it all for our good
