TONIGHT: This is my last Kundalini class on the schedule at Edgemont Healing Center!

💜 Throughout your day, many movements occur in your body simultaneously, influencing the action of the muscles

💜 Some muscles are stronger than others and hold the skeleton in different ways... This can lead to irritation, imbalance, and PAIN

💜 This practice is designed to counteract that imbalance so you can experience JOY, PEACE, EASE, CONNECTION and ELEVATION 😄✌️🧘‍♀️🤝😇

💜 We'll end with a meditation to fill every cell of your being with light and love!

What I love most about this week's practice:
KRIYA FOR ELEVATION

🪷 Physically, the exercises give us a gentle stretch while building strength and stamina - mostly from a seated position!

🪷 Energetically, this set brings us out of negative thought patterns or "meh 🫤" feelings and brings some inner sunbeams

🪷 Bonus: We'll ease into Savasana with a guided meditation.

You'll be guided through a very gentle Kriya to align, clear, and heal the chakras.

❤️ ROOT: grounding, safety
🧡 SACRAL: creativity, passion
💛 SOLAR PLEXUS: confidence, action
💚 HEART: love, compassion, connection
🩵 THROAT: truth, expression, communication
💙 THIRD EYE: higher knowledge, intuition

We'll finish with a meditation that will stimulate mental balance, positivity, and longevity. It's been scientifically proven to enhance brain function, and control stress and depression. (It's also been shown to significantly aid in relieving the symptoms of dementia and Alzheimer’s!)
