Healthworks Rehabilitation is an out-patient physical therapy clinic serving Lake City, FL and the surrounding areas.

We have Lake City's only heated therapy pool, massage therapy, and a fully-equipped gym area. We also have additional locations in Branford, Mayo, and Live Oak, FL. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Private pay, and more.
