For everyone but especially for all of my patients who have completed the Active Rehab Program in our office: Now that you have all 8 Advanced exercises for Postural Muscles mastered, it's time to take it to the next step. You need to add Strength Training and Cardio to your life. If you can do it and are doing it GREAT! If you are having trouble getting started please consider getting with Gabe and letting him help you create something specialized for YOU. It doesn't matter what your goals are, he can help. He is a certified trainer and you already may have worked with him or his wife Raquel or maybe Kinley or Sera helped with with the postural exercises and you need to build on that now.
