Reomi joined Baya Medical Equipment in September 2025 and has quickly become a valued part of our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you have visited us or called in, there is a good chance you have been helped by Reomi. She is highly knowledgeable in medical equipment, insurance, and documentation processing, and she takes pride in guiding patients through proper use and safety every step of the way. Whether she is answering questions, assisting with equipment, or helping patients navigate their coverage, Reomi brings a positive attitude and excellent customer care to every interaction. Alice has been a valued part of the Baya family for about six years, and we truly couldn’t imagine our team without her. She is a licensed Pharmacy Technician in our Long Term Care pharmacy, where we provide medications to Assisted Living Facilities and to patients enrolled in our custom medication packaging program. Her role requires precision, organization, and consistency, and she delivers every single day. Alice is a vital part of making sure our long-term care patients receive their medications accurately and on time. Her dedication behind the scenes helps keep facilities running smoothly and gives families peace of mind. We’re so grateful for her hard work, experience, and the steady care she brings to our team. 💙
