Clarification Regarding Office Status:

We would like to clarify that Dr. Patel’s office remains open and fully operational. We understand there may have been some confusion following Dr. Choudhury’s recent retirement announcement in the Lake City Reporter.

We are pleased to share that Dr. Patel’s office will be welcoming Dr. Choudhury’s patients and will continue to provide the highest standard of care and support.

Dr. Choudhury’s office will be closing as he begins a well-deserved retirement. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Choudhury and wish him all the best in this new chapter.

In light of the approaching hurricane, we have decided to close the office today at 1pm and remain closed all day Friday to ensure the safety of our employees and patients. We anticipate that we will resume our regular business hours on Monday at 8am. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the well-being of all individuals involved.
