Stewart Memorial Community Hospital (SMCH) is a private, not-for-profit hospital located in Lake City, Iowa with medical clinics and retail pharmacy in Lake View, Lake City, Rockwell City, and Gowrie. SMCH opened its doors in 1962 with a mission to provide convenient, timely access for patients needing preventative, routine, emergency or specialty care. Our departments are staffed full time to provide all areas of care. Our services include physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation, respiratory care, cardiac rehab, general and cancer surgery, radiology, obstetrics, skilled care, home care, hospice, diabetes education, pain solutions, routine and preventative family care, and emergency care. We also provide patients’ access to specialists through regularly scheduled specialty care clinics. Whether patients need an MRI, cataract surgery, EKG, a urology consultation, or a podiatrist, SMCH provides access to care, close to home.

We invite you to join us at SCC Middle School in Rockwell City for an evening focused on community, connection, and mental health support.

Local vendors will be available to share mental health resources in our area, along with door prizes throughout the night. Enjoy a chili and cinnamon roll fundraiser for $5, with proceeds supporting mental health needs in Calhoun County.

Student councils from SCC and Southeast Valley will take part in a fun activity, and you may even see a few mascots joining in on the fun.
