You might think of the new support group as a "recovery boost" to inspire you throughout the week:

Mondays, beginning March 13th
1-1:30 pm Pacific 2-2:30 pm Mountain
3-3:30 pm Central 4-4:30 pm Eastern

Open to anyone (age 18 or older) who seeks healing from issues related to eating, exercise, body image, perfectionism, trauma, etc. This group is for you whether you are just beginning recovery, or whether you are years into a solid recovery—and looking to jump more into life.
