Sometimes, the biggest wins happen quietly in the office. ❤️

One of our clients, Mr. O, has been waiting a long time for the care he truly deserves. This week, our team was able to help him get approved for some benefits — opening the door for him to finally receive the dental care he’s needed, including dentures.

When he heard the news, he said, “To God be the glory.” There were a few tears shed in the room that day — the good kind. 🙏

Beth has been with us for nearly a year and a half, and she’s been a game-changer since day one. She started as our full-time receptionist and quickly stepped into a new role—becoming the very first person to help us build out customer service at SHA. Driven by a passion to serve our clients more directly, she now supports both the front desk and client care with excellence.
