Heart Centered Wellness: Healing Strategies for OCD
August is dedicated to breaking the stigma around OCD [Obsessive Compulsive Disorder]. Our healing strategy of focus this week is a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy tool known as the ACCEPTS Strategy.
Together, ACCEPTS provides quick, practical tools to “buy time” until emotions settle—so you can avoid acting impulsively and use healthier coping strategies.
