Happy 2025 Everyone!

With the new year also brings some exciting changes you have been hearing about.
Jennifer is NO LONGER with Magnolia Family Care. You will see this practice as closed on Google or Facebook.

Jennifer Bryan, DNP is now with Urolife and Wellness and will be continuing to care for patients but in more of a specialty role for those with bladder issues (urgency, frequency, overactive bladder, etc) and for all your hormone needs and replacement. Many of you have already been contacted of the transition and have received an e-mail to send in your new patient paperwork. If you have not sent this back, please do so before your appointment.

Magnolia Family Care will be closed December 20th 2024, thru January 5th 2025.

The office will re-open January 6, 2025, but under the name MAGNOLIA PRACTICE CARE with Dr. Dominguez and his staff! Please welcome them as they continue to provide primary care to you and your families. Dr. Magrini will also be with Magnolia Practice Care and continue to provide great care as familiar face thru this transition.

Next week we will be making our last post as Magnolia Family Care and will update you with a new Facebook link and email address for Magnolia Practice Care.

We will also be posting some further updates next week as Dr. Jen finishes her last surgery and will have completely BEAT breast cancer this year and for an even more exciting, anticipated merge with North Florida Surgery Center as Urolife Clinic.
Thank you all for trusting us with your medical care at Magnolia Family Care for the last 5 years. It has truly been an honor!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
This is a reminder to anyone who might have let it slip their minds during this holiday season and will run out of medications before next year, that our LAST DAY open this year will be DECEMBER 19TH. If you are going to be short on medications and will need a 1 month refill to get you thru the holidays, please call the office @ 386-755-3300. We will gladly get a refill sent in for you and get you set up after the new year for a follow up appointment to get you back on schedule so you can have a healthy start to 2025!

We would also like to warmly welcome Dr. Dominguez and HIS staff as they will be providing excellent care for you @ Magnolia Family Care in 2025! This also means that Magnolia Family Care will also be accepting MANY MORE insurance policies! The same services will still be offered such as full family care, weight loss and sick visits. Also to better serve our community SE HABLA ESPANOL!

Next week we will be posting the new and updated Magnolia Family Care page and encourage everyone to look out for this and to follow them as they start 2025.
