We are thrilled to announce our partnership with FAIS Reference Labs, a distinguished organization boasting accreditations from CLIA, the College of Pathologists, and DOT Certified Professional Urine and Oral Fluid Specimen Collectors. Through this partnership, we will provide healthcare providers with our services and a personalized LIS via FaithFul Flow Mobile Phlebotomy. Providers can order toxicology and serology tests, and we will collect specimens from patients' homes or offices, guaranteeing a rapid turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours. On average, a patient waits 30-90 minutes for a blood draw, and staffing also plays a role in wait times. Experience has taught me that within that time frame, anxiety builds, time is lost, and frustration arises. You can save yourself the trouble of all these things by having your own personal phlebotomist. If there is one thing I have taken away from 16 years of experience in the field, it is the relationship between a patient and the phlebotomist; often, once trust and respect have been established, the patient returns asking for that person. My goal is to be that personal phlebotomist to the community I serve. I am aware that anxiety comes not only from the needle but also from the person holding the needle. My hope is to erase the anxiety and build a lasting relationship with my patients.

Here are some tips:
1. **Stay hydrated💦 - drink water before blood draw
2. **Relax🧘🏼 - deep breathing or meditation beforehand
3. **Warm hands♨- warm water or exercise before draw
4. **Avoid tight clothes🚧 - easy access to veins
5. **Look away😎- don't watch needle insertion
6. **Get familiar🗣- ask phlebotomist about their process
7. **Choose sitting🧎🏻‍♀ - sitting usually easier than lying down
