We cannot control the environment we are driving in, we can only control the driver.
In order to do so, we must have a confident sense of self and quiet space we can easily slip into.
Both of those come with experience and repetition.
Meditation and focused breath work helps to create that quiet space and repetition makes it seamless to access when needed.
Carving out 5, 10, 30 minutes a day to clear your mind and find your center is never wasted time.
You are your best ally and safe place. Take the time to create the foundation that will help you be a calm, confident presence for yourself and others to rely on.
