Regular bodywork can play a key role in reversing the “dysfunctional patterns” that accumulate in our bodies over time. Injury, poor posture and repetitive movements cause fascia and muscles to shorten and stiffen; this shifts the skeleton and forces other tissues to compensate . Scar tissue forms with collagen fibres laid down in a random pattern and can tether nearby structures, reinforcing dysfunction . The nervous system contributes as well: stress or pain increases sympathetic “fight‑or‑flight” tone, which can keep muscles tense and amplify pain signals .

As we start to introduce cannabis to our clients, I have noticed a general curiosity around the "how and why" of dosing. Some people feel enough of an effect with 5mg of thc while others need a much larger dose to feel the effects.
I am always doing research into the "how and why" because I want people to be able to comfortably and confidently enjoy the calming and balancing benefits of cannabis without worry about going too far.
Being able to grab a seltzer after a massage is a really nice way to keep the relaxing vibe of your bodywork going for the rest of the day.
