Each weekly session begins with a focused coaching segment, where Coach Todd Aasen guides players through drills targeting key skills and strategies—such as serving technique, dinking consistency, court positioning, and shot selection. After the coaching portion, players move into structured league matches against others of a similar skill level to apply what they’ve learned in real game situations.

This league is ideal for beginners who want instruction, repetition, and confidence-building match play in a supportive, social environment.
