🎾 Tournament Weekend: June 28 – 29

🕗 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (both days)
Event Schedule:
Saturday → Men’s Doubles & Women’s Doubles
Sunday → Mixed Doubles, Singles & Juniors
You may only compete in 1 event per day
💰 Prize Money + Medals
Cash prizes awarded in all divisions!
16+ teams = $200 bump in prize pool — the more who play, the more we pay!
Format & Rules:
• All divisions guaranteed 4 games minimum (3 games if only 6 teams)
• Pool play followed by a seeded bracket
• Pool play = games to 11, win by 2
• Bracket play =
To 21, win by 2 (until round of 16)
Best 2 of 3 to 11, win by 2 (starting round of 16)
• 1 timeout per set
• USAPA rules enforced
Divisions may be combined or players reassigned based on registration & director discretion
🧠 Sandbagging Policy:
• DUPR account required
• Register using your average team rating
(Example: Player A = 3.0, Player B = 4.0 → must register in 3.5+ division)
• If no DUPR, director will assign division
• Tournament directors reserve right to move teams
⏰ Start Times:
Start times will be emailed 1 week prior to the tournament based on registration volume.
⛔ Refund Policy:
Deadline: Monday, June 23 at 9:00 PM CST
(App service fees are non-refundable)
