We are in full swing for snowboard and ski season! I'll be making a few trips up the lift line and one special week trip out to Colorado 😍
Here are some exercises I use to prepare for a sick day of carving up the mountain.
I love the off-piste areas between the trees most of all 🫶🏂
Core is the first one up since:
1. if you can't hold yourself up, you got no reason to be on the mountain
2. A strong body core makes carving and changing direction SO much easier so you don't catch an edge 😉
