Started the new calendar year off with yoga. It was my 100th class too! Towards the end of class I was laughing uncontrollably at how difficult it was and how poorly I was keeping up, but I still loved the s**t out of it.

Before class we were discussing our theme for the year and I think I like the theme of “discipline”. Not the harsh pushing kind of discipline, but the self-loving discipline of consistently showing up for me the best that I can. That sounds good for now.

The healer’s journey … discovering your own medicine in this world. It may start with this awareness of something that sits just outside your realm of understanding. Like something waiting to be remembered about yourself. It sits there until your curiosity and attention draws it in.

As you navigate the many twists and turns of the healers journey, you will meet many characters that point you in wondrous directions. Some may even journey with you for a while. You may find yourself fighting dragons and learning magical things. All the while, growing wiser, more courageous, and hopefully, kinder and more helpful.

My journey began many years ago and has led me to understand that my medicine is best served to the healers themselves. I find many highly gifted, intuitive, magical beings find their way to me to nestle into rest and respite on my table. My medicine is suited for those ready to own their own Light and step into their healer’s journey.

I see the Divine dwelling in the hearts of those who seek me out. I am charged with holding these beloveds with care and courage. I am delighted to be there as you remember … who you are.

I offer the Magdalene Codes. A medicine that has been passed down through a Lineage of Light to those that have dedicated their path to the Sophianic, to the feminine shamanic drum, to the heart beat of the Christos, to the ripple of holy service. I channel these codes for healing, attunement, and to guide the Path for others.

I offer medicine for the mystics, the sensitives, the healers, the deep thinkers and feelers, the heretics and wild women, the shadow workers and the light workers, the table flippers, the seers, the oracles, way showers, and scribes. Those who are ready to remember.

I also like knitting and cats. ✨

Back home from retreat and I’m enjoying a nice slow morning with my babies to journal on the experience.

This retreat was a magical one. From the meals lovingly prepared by .alicia to the adventures that .cory carefully mapped out for us. There were also many practitioners that joined us to bring their special medicine to the group.

Although I was there in a professional capacity, I too felt a personal shift. I felt the energy of expansion as it drew near from its position on the outskirts of my reality. It is happening, it is now. The work I’m doing is deepening, my community is growing, and my devotion to this path has never been stronger.

Now, integration and reflection.

The Full Moon in Pisces offers us a moment to float in the in-between as we turn ourselves over to become a conduit for divine will. Our intuition surges as we witness the “big picture” of our life unfold.
