Welcome to my fridge! ๐Ÿ˜†

We talk a lot about setting your environment up for success so I thought I would share how that looks for me. ๐Ÿ†

In my fridge, itโ€™s not just about what you see, itโ€™s what you DONโ€™T see. What you do see is mostly whole, fresh, organic foods. What you donโ€™t see is a lot of sugary, starchy food that would make my blood sugar spike.

I know that my body loves to have enough protein and fat so that I can avoid cravings and get the nutrition I need.

Having great tasting, satisfying foods around is one of my main health strategies.

How awesome would it be to reach a magical state of balance where you could flip on autopilot? (Very awesome.)

NEVER FEAR! I have 3 tips today that can really move the needle for you.

๐—ง๐—œ๐—ฃ #๐Ÿญ: โ€‹โ€‹Instead of focusing on external things like a particular situation, focus on what you have control over - like relaxation breathing.

๐—ง๐—œ๐—ฃ #๐Ÿฎ: Be curious about possibilities and ask yourself, "What would this look like if I was calm in this situation?" And then tweak your actions.

๐—ง๐—œ๐—ฃ #๐Ÿฏ: Reach out! Sometimes we can get so mired in our struggle that we can't see the big picture. An outside view can help.
