There are many benefits that can come with taking a daily probiotic supplement. Probiotics are a form of good bacteria that when found in the body, can be beneficial for gut health. Having the right amount of gut bacteria has been linked to an improvement of:

Salmon is rich with omega-3 fatty acids which are a type of unsaturated fatty acid that has the potential to reduce inflammation in the body. Inflammation can be harmful to the heart and body as it can cause damage to blood vessels which can lead to heart disease/strokes.
