Affinity Integrated Healthcare in Libertyville is proud to share with you some exciting news. As of June 1st, we have made the decision to become affiliated with Envision Health of Lake Forest. Dr. Ronald Rebmann, Dr. Anne Gordon, Dr. Keith Luell, and Dr. Rob Priebe will be our primary providers in Lake Forest. In addition, we are working on expanding our services to include Physical Therapy, Functional Medicine, and Regenerative therapies in the future.
