Myofascial lines are continuous chains of connective tissue (fascia) and muscles that run throughout the body.
Instead of muscles working alone, the body functions as connected lines of tension and movement. 🧬
When one area becomes tight or restricted, it can create discomfort or compensation in another area along the same line.
For example:
Tightness in the calves or hamstrings can contribute to lower back tension.
Shoulder tightness can be related to restrictions in the chest or even the hips.
Through myofascial release and soft tissue work, we help restore balance along these lines, improve mobility, and reduce strain patterns.✨🤍
