Our Stuck in the Middle Parent Support Group offers a space for connection, guidance, and real conversation for those navigating the challenges of parenting—especially when your child’s mental health, school life, and growing independence are in the mix.

This virtual group meets once a week with flexible scheduling options available. The summer session runs for 8 weeks, and each session is $30 after your first one.

Here are 4 gentle ways to support your nervous system every day:

✨ Grounding Techniques – Press your feet into the floor, feel the textures around you, or name 5 things you can see. Grounding brings you back to the present and out of fight-or-flight.

✨ Intentional Breathwork – Deep, slow breaths signal safety to your brain, calming your heart rate and shifting you into a more relaxed state.

✨ Rhythmic Movement – Walking, stretching, or swaying to music helps release stored tension and creates a sense of rhythm and safety in your body.
